Mostly ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x eaves mezzanine 2'6" child's twin. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio and small lawned area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: The River Winterborne flows through the garden, although often drying up in the summer, young children should be supervised. Note: The only bathroom is the en-suite to the double. Note: The first floor bedroom has no door, limited head height and is a mezzanine situated above the sitting room making it only suitable for children. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.
